The new building complex is located in a plot, at Kardamida facing Kalo Livadi beach, along the road that leads to the beach which is one of the most famous of the island. Also, it is near the beautiful village of Ano Mera. The plot has an area of 595,00 sq.m.
The complex consists of 4 individual residences, and it is developed in three levels, the ground floor, the basement, and the first floor. The total area of the building complex is 541,00sq.m.
Our team was responsible for conducting the architectural and structural plans for the issue of the permit along with the 3D visualization.
